Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Use

You may use MROiq to:

• Manage supplier records, audits, scorecards, and performance data for your organisation.
• Upload and analyse spend, purchase order, and delivery data that you have the right to process.
• Generate reports, benchmarks, and digests for internal procurement decision-making.
• Invite colleagues to your organisation workspace in accordance with your subscription tier.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use MROiq for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Upload data that you do not have the right or lawful basis to process, including third-party personal data without a valid legal basis.
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or malicious.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other users' data, or our systems — including probing, scanning, or testing for vulnerabilities.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's security, integrity, or performance, including introducing viruses or harmful code.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the platform except as expressly authorised by us.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to MROiq except as permitted under the Reseller tier.
• Use MROiq to store or transmit material in breach of any export control, sanctions, or data protection law.

3. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and quality of all data you upload or create within MROiq. You must ensure that any personal data you process has a valid legal basis under UK GDPR and that you have the necessary consents or contractual rights.

4. Account Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must not share your login credentials with others. Use the invite feature to grant colleagues access.
• Notify us immediately at hello@howcroft.group if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action we consider appropriate, including:

• Removing or disabling access to prohibited content.
• Suspending or terminating access to the platform.
• Reporting unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

We reserve the right to suspend access immediately where we believe a violation poses a risk to the platform, other users, or third parties.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to hello@howcroft.group with relevant details. We will investigate reports in good faith and take appropriate action.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of MROiq after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
